Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email streetbliss.co@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Street Bliss is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care label located on the inner neck portion of the products. 

If order meets the required guidelines, store credit or exchange may be issued. *This does NOT apply to all orders or cases. Please contact streetbliss.co@gmail.com for any questions.
